Workshop details:
Hosted at the Franciscan Renewal Center (FRC) in the Virginia G. Piper Community Life Center, we will have a unique program opportunity, time for fellowship and reflection and limited/first-come-first-reserved overnight stay through Friday with a firm commitment.
Local consultant Wayne Tormala, who serves on the Board of Dr. Kerzin’s Altruism in Medicine Institute, will discuss Empathy Fatigue in an exclusive workshop for the Fellows.
Nov. 2, 2023 Succession Planning-Best Practices and New Ideas presented by Tiffany Dillard
Held at Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust starting at 8:30 a.m. light breakfast and connecting, Workshop and Lunch at 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Workshop details:
Every nonprofit has a need to ensure continuity of leadership and key talent throughout the organization. In this half-day workshop, participants will explore the foundations of an effective talent plan and have the opportunity to build their own.
Fellows Connects:
A mix of open-form/no-agenda hours where Fellows can share with each other and/or address specific issues.
