KEY INVESTMENTS
Grant support for Make Way for Books established its high-impact teacher and family-focused early literacy programs to Maricopa County.
A grant to the City of Phoenix brought AARP Experience Corps, an evidence-based, intergenerational volunteer tutoring program, to 18 elementary schools to support struggling readers in making progress toward third grade reading proficiency.
