- As a way to engage young professionals in the social profit sector—and learn from them as they work with us— I’m excited to announce our new Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust Resident Scholars Program. Through a paid two-year commitment, Resident Scholars can learn about the social sector and philanthropy, examine issues and challenges in our region, and contribute to advancing the Trust’s mission of improving well-being for all in Maricopa County.
